So I've been thinking about alterations which used to be balanced, how are they gonna be planned?  Will it give you a big bonus in one aspect and a big downside in another?

Hey @Master120. Cybertankz will have test server where our testers will test all augments before they are going to be added, there will be added only old augments, no EMP-type. Thanks for the question!
